Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Totten Prep purchase. Here is our refund policy for each product:
Ethics Chapter ($19)
Because this is a downloadable digital product, all sales are final once delivered. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@tottenprep.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Founder’s Notes ($79)
All sales are final once delivered. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact us at hello@tottenprep.com and we will resolve it.
Working Pro System ($349)
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Working Pro System for any reason, email hello@tottenprep.com within 14 days of your purchase date for a full refund. No questions asked.
After the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued. Refund requests must come from the original purchaser’s email address.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@tottenprep.com with:
- Your name
- Order confirmation number or Gumroad receipt
- The product purchased
- Reason for refund (optional but appreciated)
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us at hello@tottenprep.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issue directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to all Totten Prep products.
