All sales are final

All sales are final. Because access to this content is instant and unlimited from the moment of purchase, we’re not able to offer refunds.

This applies to all Totten Prep products, including the Ethics Chapter and Founder’s Notes (and Working Pro when it launches). If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us at hello@tottenprep.com and we will resolve it promptly.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@tottenprep.com with:

• Your name
• Order confirmation number
• The product purchased
• A description of the technical issue you’re experiencing

We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us at hello@tottenprep.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are committed to resolving any issue directly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and access to all Totten Prep products.
