Permitted Use

As a paying customer, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our products for your personal, individual CFA exam preparation. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or duplicate any content beyond what is necessary for personal study
• Distribute, share, upload, or make any content available to others (including via file-sharing, social media, forums, or group chats)
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content
• Create derivative works based on our content
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices

Enforcement

We actively monitor for unauthorized distribution of our content. If we discover that you have shared, redistributed, or pirated our materials, we reserve the right to:

• Immediately revoke your access to all products and services
• Pursue legal action for copyright infringement, including statutory damages
• Report the violation to relevant platforms and authorities

DMCA / Takedown Requests

If you believe that content on our Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@tottenprep.com with:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
• The URL or location of the allegedly infringing material
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
